Semi-automatic seaming machine MPZ 1-1 (key for canning) is produced by PJSC "Kredmash" for many decades, pleasing all lovers of home canning with its high-quality products. MPZ 1-1 is the No. 1 seaming machine in Ukraine.

Seaming machine with semi-automatic roller movement is designed for hermetically sealing glass jars for home canning. Thanks to the correct choice of the roller exit position and limiting its movement, crushing of the neck of the can is eliminated, even if the can is in inexperienced hands.

The parts of the Kredmash seaming wrench are made of carbon steel and have a protective and decorative coating. The handle is made of plastic.

Method of application:

To prepare the machine for work, you should take it with your left hand by the handle with the disk at the bottom and with your right hand turn the handle around the axis counterclockwise until it stops. Place the machine with the disk on the lid prepared for sealing the can, pressing with your left hand on the handle of the machine, with your right hand, rotate the handle clockwise until it stops. After that, turn the handle in the opposite direction and remove the disk from the lid of the jar.

To check the tightness of the seal, wipe the jar with a napkin, turn it over and place the lid on the napkin. Do not allow water to leak from under the lid or air bubbles to pass through the water in the jar.

IMPORTANT! When rotating the handle from the stop, do not apply excessive force, otherwise you risk tightening the nut so that it will be difficult to unscrew it.

Before you start using the seaming machine, you must remove the preservative grease from its surface. After canning the products, you must wipe all parts of the machine dry. It is recommended to periodically lubricate the axle and roller with machine oil.
