active ingredient: dry extract of seeds of a horse chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum) (4.5-5.5:1) (extractant: ethanol of 50% (mom));

: 263.2 mg of dry extract of seeds of a horse chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum) (4.5-5.5:1) that corresponds to 50 mg of triterpenovy glycosides in transfer to a waterless estsin (extractant: ethanol of the 50th mom));

excipients: calcium hydrophosphate waterless, silicon dioxide colloidal waterless, ammonium and methacrylate copolymer (type A), ammonium and methacrylate copolymer (type B), triethyl citrate, polysorbate 80, povidone (To 25), krospond, ferrous oxide red (E 172), ferrous oxide yellow (E 172), the titan dioxide (E 171), an antifoam emulsion of SE 2, talc, sodium saccharin, vanillin.

Pharmacological properties

Estsin, the main active component of extract from seeds of a horse chestnut, has anti-exudative and sosudoukreplyayushchy effect.

Pharmacodynamics. Extract from seeds of a horse chestnut reduces activity of lizosomalny enzymes which increases at chronic diseases of veins therefore degradation of a glycocalyx (mucopolysaccharides) on a surface of walls of capillaries is suppressed. Thanks to decrease in permeability of vessels prevents filtration of low-molecular proteins, electrolytes and liquid in intracellular space.

symptoms of chronic venous insufficiency (fatigue, heavy feeling and tension, an itch, pain and hypostases of the lower extremities).

Indication

Chronic venous insufficiency: hypostases; night spasms of gastrocnemius muscles; an itch and also pain and heavy feeling in legs; varicosity.

Use

Adult on 1 tablet of the prolonged action 2 times a day in the morning and in the evening before food, without chewing, with a small amount of liquid. duration of application is defined by the doctor individually depending on disease severity and clinical performance of medicine. the average duration of treatment - 2-3 months

Contraindication

Hypersensitivity to active component or any excipient. renal failure.

Side effects

from nervous system: headache, dizziness.

from a cardiovascular system: tachycardia, cardiopalmus, arterial hypotension.
