TM Badia Spices is an American spices and herbs company founded in 1967 by Jose Badia and is a family-owned company. The spices are produced in Miami, Florida, where the company was founded.
Ginger is a perennial plant with a developed root. It has a rather pungent taste and a pungent odor. The spice first appeared in India, but later it began to be grown on the islands of Barbados and Jamaica, Nigeria, Brazil, and China. Ginger contains proteins, fats, carbohydrates, ash, dietary fiber, B vitamins, folic acid, ascorbic acid, calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron, phosphorus, manganese, copper, zinc. Ginger is mainly used in cooking, medicine, cosmetology and even for making alcohol. The scope of application of ground ginger is limitless.
