Pharmacological properties

Pharmacodynamics. nukleo c. m f. forte contains nucleotides: cytidine monophosphate (tsmf), uridine triphosphate (utf) which widely use for treatment of diseases of central nervous system.

From the biochemical point of view action of these components the following.

CMF mainly sphingomyelin — the main component of a myelin cover takes part in synthesis of a complex of lipids which form a neuronalny membrane. Also CMF is a predecessor of nucleic acids (DNA and RNA) which, in turn, are basic elements of cellular metabolism (for example in proteinaceous synthesis).

UTF as a coenzyme in synthesis of glycolipids, neuronalny structures and a myelin cover, supplementing action of CMF. Besides, UTF works as a power source in the course of reduction of muscles.

CMF and UTF take part in synthesis of phospholipids and glycolipids which generally make a myelin cover and other nervous structures. It results in the intensive metabolic activity promoting process of regeneration of a myelin cover, regulating demyelination at peripheral nervous damages. Thus, association of action of CMF and UTF promotes regeneration of a myelin cover, the correct carrying out nervous excitement and restoration of a muscular trophicity.

Pharmacokinetics. Ts.M.F. Nukleo. Forte contains physiological products. Classical pharmacokinetic researches cannot be conducted because of complexity of quantitative definition of exogenous and endogenous components. Carrying out the analysis with use is also impossible it is radioactive a marked product in connection with big radiological loading.

Indication

Neuropathy bone and joint (sciatica, sciatica), metabolic (alcoholic, diabetic polyneuropathy), infectious origin (shingles, paralysis Bella).

Neuropathy front, trifacial, intercostal neuralgia, lumbago.

Use

c. m f. forte capsules accept orally.

Adult: on 1–2 capsules 2 times a day; to children 5 years are aged more senior: on 1 capsule 2 times a day.

Nukleo Ts. M. F. Forte Capsule can be accepted to or after meal.

Recommended duration of a course of treatment — not less than 10 days. If necessary reception of capsules can be prolonged for 20 days

Nukleo Ts.M.F. Fort the lyophilized powder for preparation of solution for injections — for introduction in oil. Before introduction it is necessary to add solvent to an ampoule with the lyophilized powder.

Adult, including to patients of advanced age, and teenagers aged from 14 years: 1 injection of the medicament Nukleo Ts. M. F. Forte is entered 1 time a day.

to Children at the age of 2–14 years each 2 days recommend to enter 1 injection Nukleo Ts.M.F. Fort.

Recommended course of treatment — 3 or 6 days. Further continue treatment, using Nukleo Ts.M.F. Fort capsules.

Contraindication

Known allergic reactions to separate components of drug.

Side effects

. at persons with hypersensitivity allergic reactions are possible. in case of the side reaction caused by medicament use the consultation of the doctor is necessary.

Special instructions

Use during pregnancy and feeding by a breast. use of medicament during pregnancy and feeding by a breast perhaps if, according to the doctor, the expected positive effect for mother exceeds potential risk for the fruit/child.

Children. Drug is used at children aged 2 years are more senior.

Ability to influence speed of response at control of vehicles or work with other mechanisms. Ts.M.F. Nukleo. Forte does not affect ability to run vehicles and to work with difficult mechanisms.

Overdose

Considering hypotoxicity of drug, the overdose is improbable even at accidental exceeding a therapeutic dose.

Storage conditions

At a temperature not above 30 °C.
