A simple way to extend the “refrigerator effect”

In addition, you can extend the refrigerator effect with using special “cold accumulators”, which are sold in any supermarket and are not expensive. These are small plastic containers filled with a "coolant" - gel, silicone or saline solution.

In a regular bag they are ineffective, but in a thermal bag they show themselves in all their glory! They should be cooled in the freezer and placed in your bag before leaving the house. Then the products remain chilled much longer: up to 8-9 hours.
