Sierra Tequila is a special drink that is made from overripe, literally dripping juice, blue agave fruits grown in the state of Jalisco, near its capital - the city of Guadalajara, at an altitude of 1500 meters above sea level. Only professionals have been working in the agave fields for generations and taking care of the entire process from planting to harvesting. The agave is cooked for 12 hours at high pressure and another 12 hours at low temperature, followed by gentle extraction of the juice.

Sierra Reposado - a variety aged for 60 days in old oak barrels.
Reposado – means quiet, moderate. Old oak barrels give Reposado tequila a magical aroma that resembles the very faint presence of various exquisite spices.

Use with orange sprinkled with ground cinnamon.
