Description

The debut novel by Australian writer Geezer Morris is about the power of one's inner life, which can overcome the most difficult trials. The book is written based on real stories. In 1942, one of Lali Sokolov and Gita Fuhrman met at the Auschwitz concentration camp. Her tattoo with the serial number was erased, but she could get a new one at first glance. The young people were destined to experience terrible trials, separation, and sad reunification, which outgrew the 56 fates of a happy life with friends. Its history was recorded by Geezer Morris from the words of Lali himself, whom the author suddenly became acquainted with in 2003. This sustrich changed the shares of both. Sensing the truth of Gezer, the summer man is eager to reveal more details about his life during the Holocaust. Gezer initially wrote the story of Lali in a script that received high praise at international competitions, and then later turned it into her debut novel, “The Tattooist of Auschwitz.”
