Description

Sumac or Sumac - a spice made from the small berries of one of the types of sumac, a dark-burgundy color with a sour taste.

In cooking, sumac is used to prepare kebabs or greased meat.

The cream of these herbs is also good to eat:

With vegetables from minced meat and meat (cowbass, meatballs, lula kebab, smoked pork, lamb). Since this spice does not have a pungent odor, the meat becomes appetizing, and thanks to the sour taste, the dish comes out soft and juicy.
With drinks (Indian lemonade). Yogo brew tea or prepare compote.
For vegetables (salad, vegetable stew, pilaf, kvass, sochevitsi, peas).
With fish herbs (buttered or baked fish in the oven, fish broth). For this purpose, add it either to the marinade or during the cooking process.
Sauces made from fermented milk products. They can either be used to season salads or served in a bowl for meat condiments.
With licorice, giving the virobes a sour taste.
Sumac seasoning - to add a high-calorie product, you can add a teaspoon of spice to the dish - and the taste will become richer, and the color will be brighter.
