Spazgo of the tab. No. 100

tablets "Spazgo" it is applied at pain syndromes with a spastic component of various origin:

• headache;
• toothache;
• muscular pain, neuralgia;
• rheumatic pain, sciaticas;
• renal colic;
• menstrual pains.

Structure

One tablet contains (active ingredients):

• paracetamol - 500 mg;
• dicyclomine of a hydrochloride - 20 mg.

Excipients: starch corn, gelatin, sodium methylparaben (E 219), sodium propylparaben (E 217), sodium metabisulphite (E 223), polyvinylpirrolidone (K-30), magnesium stearate, talc, sodium krakhmalglikolit.

Contraindication

• glaucoma, tachycardia, impassability of urinary tract, a myasthenia, hypersensitivity to medicine components, heavy renal failures and/or a liver, deficiency glyukozo-6-fosfatdegidrogenazy, alcoholism, blood diseases, including anemia, a leukopenia;
• obstructive diseases of a digestive tract, urogenital path, biliary tract;
• peptic ulcer of a stomach or duodenum;
• reflux esophagitis;
• acute bleeding;
• a benign prostatauxe with a tendency to an urination delay;
• dynamic intestinal impassability;
• serious illness of a liver and kidneys;
• congenital hyperbilirubinemias (Gilbert's syndromes, Cudgel Johnson and Rotor).

Route of administration

Drug is taken inside, washing down with a small amount of liquid (200 ml).

Recommended dosage:

• to adults and children is more senior than 15 years - one tablet depending on sharpness of pain, from one to 4 times a day;
• to children aged from 7 up to 13 years - ½ tablets from one to two times a day;
• to children aged from 13 up to 15 years - one tablet from one to 3 times a day.

Maximum daily dose for adults makes two tablets 4 times a day.

Term of treatment is defined by the doctor individually depending on a state and reaction of the patient.

Considering

that medicine at sensitive patients can reduce the speed of psychomotor reactions, during therapy by medicine it is better to refrain from control of vehicles and work with the mechanisms demanding concentration of attention.

Overdose

overdose Symptoms caused by paracetamol. Damage of a liver is possible at adults who accepted 10 g and more paracetamol, and at children who accepted more than 150 mg/kg of body weight. At patients with risk factors (long-term treatment by carbamazepine, phenobarbital, Phenytoinum, Primidonum, rifampicin, a St. John's wort or other medicines which induce liver enzymes the regular use of excessive amounts of ethanol; the glutationovy cachexia (digestive disturbances, the Mucoviscidosis, HIV infection, hunger, a cachexia)) can lead application of 5 or more paracetamol to damage of a liver.

within 24 hours after intake of paracetamol, but the maximum protective effect occurs at its application within 8 hours after reception. The efficiency of antidote sharply decreases after this time. If necessary the patient intravenously should enter N-Acetylcysteinum according to the established list of doses. In the absence of vomiting it is possible to apply methionine inside as the corresponding alternative in the remote areas out of hospital.

overdose Symptoms caused dicyclomine by a hydrochloride. Tachycardia, bradycardia, arrhythmia, change of respiration rate, dryness in a mouth, excitement, drowsiness, accommodation loss, photophobia, spasms. The overdose is characterized by two-staging: at first there is an excitement of the central nervous system which is shown concern, emergence of illusions, hallucinations, a steady mydriasis, tachycardia, arterial hypertension. Then there is an oppression of the central nervous system up to coma.

Treatment: gastric lavage with the subsequent use of activated carbon, symptomatic therapy, prescribing of methionine in 8-9 hours after overdose and N-Acetylcysteinum - in 12 hours (as antidotes to paracetamol), monitoring of a condition of respiratory and blood systems (it is impossible to apply adrenaline). In case of appearance of spasms to appoint diazepam.

Side effects

Caused by paracetamol

from a digestive tract: seldom - nausea, vomiting, a loss of appetite, a lock, diarrhea or a meteorism, increase in activity of liver enzymes, as a rule, without development of jaundice, gepatonekroz (dose-dependent effect). At long reception of high doses of medicine - pain in epigastric area, hepatotoxic action.

from blood: very seldom - hemolytic anemia, a sulfhemoglobinemia and a methemoglobinemia (cyanosis, short wind, heartaches), thrombocytopenia; in isolated cases - aplastic anemia, a pancytopenia, a neutropenia, the Agranulocytosis, a leukopenia.

from an urinary system: renal colic, aseptic pyuria, interstitial glomerulonephritis; very seldom - nephrotoxic action, papillary necrosis.

Allergic reactions: seldom - skin rash, rashes on mucous membranes (usually generalized rash, erimatozny rash, a small tortoiseshell), an itch, hyperaemia; very seldom - bronchial obstruction, a multiformny exudative erythema (including Stephens-Johnson's syndrome), a toxic epidermal necrolysis (Lyell's disease) in isolated cases - an acute anaphylaxis, a Quincke's disease.

from the central nervous system (usually develops at reception of high doses): dizziness, psychomotor initiation and violation of orientation.

from an endocrine system: in isolated cases - a hypoglycemia, up to a hypoglycemic coma.

from a respiratory system: a bronchospasm at the patients sensitive to aspirin and other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.

Caused dicyclomine by a hydrochloride

from skin and hypodermic cellulose: allergic reactions, erubescence.

from a digestive tract: nausea, dryness in a mouth, violation of taste, feeling of thirst, dyspepsia, a lock, anorexia, increase in activity of liver enzymes, as a rule, without development of jaundice, gepatonekroz (dose-dependent effect), vomiting, an abdominal pain, a meteorism.

from organs of sight: expansion of pupils with loss of accommodation and light sensitivity, increase in intraocular pressure, misting of sight, a diplopia, a mydriasis, a sight tsikloplegiya (accommodation paralysis).

from nervous system: dizziness, drowsiness, headache, paresthesias, violations of sensitivity, nervousness, dyskinesia, lethargy, insomnia, general weakness, increased fatigue, syncopal conditions (loss of consciousness), numbness, violation of gait.

Allergic reactions: a skin itch, rash, a small tortoiseshell, urtikariya, xeroderma and other dermatological manifestations, heavy allergic reactions or a medicamentous idiosyncrasy, including an anaphylaxis.

from a cardiovascular system: temporary bradycardia, tachycardia, arrhythmia, heart consciousness, inflows.

from an urinary system: urination violation, urine incontinence, ischuria, impotence.

Mental disorders: violations of the speech, confusion of consciousness and/or contagious excitation, hallucinations, change of mood.

from a musculoskeletal system and connective tissue: weakness in muscles.

from the respiratory system and bodies of a thorax: short wind, apnoea, asphyxia, congestion of a nose, sneezing, pharynx hyperaemia.

Endocrine frustration: oppression of a lactation.
