Description

This mixture is used in the preparation of boiled and semi-smoked sausages of the first and second grades:

  • Ham;
  • Pork;
  • Horse;
  • Lamb;
  • Moscow.

Ingredients: glucose, mixture of peppers.

Recommended dosage is 5-6 g/kg of raw meat (about 1 teaspoon).

You can prepare homemade real ham from any type of meat and in various cooking methods, and a mixture of our spices according to GOST will make it even tastier.

You can use this seasoning for other meat dishes - it will be a good addition for them too. After all, the composition is unique and can complement more than one meat product. And the mixture of peppers contained in the seasoning will help with good protein absorption and aid digestion.

This spice mixture must be stored in a tightly closed container at room temperature (not higher than 20°C) and air humidity not higher than 75%. This way it will retain its aroma for a long time, and you will enjoy delicious sausages.
