Description
Spice mixture for boiled and semi-smoked sausages No. 3 is freshly ground spices prepared specifically to delight you with delicious sausages.
Used in the preparation of boiled and semi-smoked sausages:
- Cervelat;
- Salami;
- Home;
- Odessa;
- Ukrainian;
- Polish;
- Pork;
- Seltz.
It can also be used in the preparation of other types of sausages.
Ingredients: glucose, mixture of peppers, coriander.
Recommended dosage is 5-6 g/kg of raw materials (about 1 teaspoon).
The taste of this mixture is spicy, the aroma is peppery. It should not form lumps and (or) when lightly rubbed, it should immediately acquire a powdery consistency.
Can be stored for up to 12 months in a sealed container, at room temperature and relative humidity no more than 75%. This way it will not lose its aroma and will saturate your favorite sausage or other meat products with it.
