Description

Pyrolytic ceramics - this is the last generation of heat transfer coating. The new coating delivers up to seven times more heat and is released back into the combustion chamber using an uncoated surface.

The most important benefits of the new coating:

  • The temperature in the middle of the combustion chamber increases significantly, which accommodates a decrease in yield;
  • As a result, additional energy can be used to heat the elements of the water installation or to accumulate it. With this method, heat can be used more optimally, and heating costs are reduced;
  • This lowers the temperature near the fireplace and, as a result, creates warmth in the room.

Ceramics with foam coatings are washed down to the panel without any coating. This ensures the stability of the coating parameters throughout the entire period of operation of the combustion chamber, high combustion efficiency and unique durability of the coating.

The pyrolytic coating ensures an uncomplicated view of the floor. As thermal energy is introduced into the combustion chamber, the combustion temperature increases. This means a change in the appearance of boils on the rock or until it disappears again. In this way, there is painstaking cleaning of the warehouse and you can enjoy a free look at the fire. This also means more freedom in design, combining hundred-cent stones with a glass body, as well as larger panels.

The most important advantage of glass ceramics with perolytic coatings is that they are unmatched in durability. After passing intensive tests, the coating retained its high efficiency in preventing thermal damage. The stability of the function of the wind was preserved after a constant temperature of 650°C. Therefore, we have the following benefits: higher temperatures in the combustion chamber, which means less boiling on the stone surface, which, in turn, makes cleaning easier.

The pyrolytic coating removes a large part of the heat transfer into the combustion chamber, which significantly changes the heat that flows from the fireplace. The effectiveness of the coating does not change over time. This is due to the highly effective combustion process with low levels of inflammation.

The edges of the glass can be processed - grinding and polishing. Sanding reduces the unevenness and harshness of chafed edges and gives a noble appearance. Polishing sanded surfaces will keep them shiny. This is usually finished when sanding the edges.

Thickness: 4 mm.

Installation: there is a sticker on the rubber ball and the traces are installed on both sides of the stove/fireplace.
