Rotokan zhidk. fl. 55 ml

Extract liquid Rotokan is applied at the following indications:

• in dental practice in inflammatory diseases of a mucous membrane of an oral cavity (aphthous and other stomatitises, an ulcer and necrotic gingivostomatitis);
• as a part of combination therapy at treatment of diseases of the digestive system (chronic gastritises, a duodenitis, functional dyspepsia, chronic colitis).

Structure

1 bottle contains (active ingredient): extract liquid (1:1) of medicinal vegetable raw materials: camomiles of flowers (flores chamomile), calendulas of flowers (flores calendulae), a yarrow (herba millefolii) (2:1:1) - 55 ml.

Excipients: ethanol (96%), the water purified.

Contraindication

increased individual sensitivity to any components of drug;

at oral administration - the increased blood clotting, tendency to a thrombogenesis.

Before use by the adult and to children of 12 years 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of medicament to dissolve

in one glass of warm water.

Periodontosis to treat locally after removal of tooth deposits and tool processing of pathological gingival pockets. To enter into gingival pockets for 20 minutes the thin turundas which are well moistened with the prepared medicament solution. The procedure should be carried out daily or every other day (4-6 times).

In stomatitises and other diseases of a mucous membrane of an oral cavity in the form of appliques from the prepared solution of medicament lasting 15-20 minutes or oral baths with the same solution lasting 1-2 minutes. To apply 2-3 times a day within 2-5 days.

In gastroenterology of Rotokan inside and in microclysters.

Inside to apply

on ½-1/3 a glass of solution from calculation one teaspoon of the medicament "Rotokan" on 1 glass of warm boiled water in 30 minutes prior to food or in 40-60 minutes after a meal, 3-4 times a day.

For microclysters: 1 teaspoon of medicament on 50-100 ml of warm boiled water (after purgation) 1-2 times a day. The course of treatment makes 15-20 days. Duration of use of medicament depends on the reached therapeutic effect and a course of the disease.

during pregnancy or feeding by a breast medicament is used only when the expected advantage for mother exceeds possible risk for a fruit or the child.

Children

to Children up to 12 years not to use drug.

. Strengthening of side reactions is possible. At oral administration the overdose is followed by acute alcohol poisoning which symptoms are similar to symptoms of poisoning with alcohol.

Treatment: gastric lavage, symptomatic therapy.

Side effects

At persons with hypersensitivity allergic reactions, a cutaneous dropsy, erubescence, rash, an itching, urticaria, a Quincke's disease, an acute anaphylaxis.
