NM NEAR MINT the RECORD was PLAYED BY MORE THAN 2-3 TIMES. VINYL CAN HAVE the INSIGNIFICANT SUPERFICIAL SCRAPES OR HAIR SCRATCHES FROM the PAPER ENVELOPE which are NOT AFFECTING SOUND QUALITY. The ENVELOPE CAN HAVE the INSIGNIFICANT DEFECTS which are NOT SPOILING ITS APPEARANCE
EX - EXCELLENT the RECORD was OFTEN PLAYED, BUT I S OBSERVANCE of the BASIC RULES of USE AND STORAGE is ACCURATE. ON VINYL SUPERFICIAL SCRATCHES AND SCRAPES are ALLOWED. ON the COVER SCRAPES in the form of INSIGNIFICANT CIRCLES are ALLOWED, SMALL DEFECTS ON CORNERS OR BENDS
