medicament "Respero Mirtol" is used as a part of complex therapy of acute and chronic bronchitis, at inflammation of adnexal bosoms of a nose (sinusitis).

Structure

Active ingredient: 1 capsule contains 120 mg of distillate of mix rectified essential oils of an eucalyptus, sweet orange, a myrtle and lemon.

Excipients: srednetsepochechny triglycerides.

Structure of a capsular cover: gelatin, glycerin; sorbite solution which does not crystallize (E 420); the hydrochloric acid of 13% (received from hydrochloric acid of 25% and the water purified); acetate gipromelloza succinate; triethyl citrate; sodium lauryl sulfate; talc; dextrin; ammonium glitsirizat.

Contraindication

Hypersensitivity to medicament components inflammatory diseases of a stomach, intestines and biliary tract; heavy abnormal liver functions.

Route of administration and doses

Capsule of the medicament "Respero Mirtol" is recommended to be accepted in 30 minutes prior to food, washing down with a large amount of cool water or other drinks.

it is recommended to accept on 2 capsules of 4-5 times a day at a clinical picture of an acute inflammation. At chronic process to accept 2 capsules 3 times a day. The same dosing is recommended at long therapy. For simplification of a morning otkhozhdeniye of a phlegm in chronic bronchitis it is recommended to accept in addition 2 capsules of the medicament "Respero Mirtol" in the evening, before going to bed.

Side reactions

Seldom (from 1 to 10 cases for 1000) can arise pain and discomfort in digestive tract. Very seldom (from 1 to 10 cases on 10000) there can be nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. Also isolated cases of allergic reactions, including rash on skin, an itching, reddening, a face edema, short wind, circulator disturbances are observed. In 1 case on 10000 there can be an aggravation gallstone and an urolithiasis.
