Sliding system for interior doors EKF E-120101-02 is used for installation of sliding doors weighing up to 80 kg.

This system is suitable for installing sliding doors up to 1500 mm wide. or 2 doors up to 750 mm

The set of the Sliding system for doors EKF E-120101-02 includes:

- Carriage with rollers - 2 pcs.

(attached to the upper end part of the door leaf; the rollers have a bearing coated with a special polymer material, making the movement of the carriage inside the guide profile smooth and easy. The carriage also has an adjusting screw that allows you to adjust the gap between the floor and bottom of the door). The length of the carriage is 65mm, the width of the carriage along the wheel axis is 27mm, the diameter of the wheel is 23mm. The size of the platform for fastening the door leaf is 100 * 21.5 * 2.5 mm.

- Limiter (stopper) - 2 pcs.

(is a black insert that is mounted at both ends of the guide profile and fixes the door leaf in extreme positions, preventing it from moving out too far and making closing the door softer)

- Guide flag - 1 pc.

(attached to the floor on the same plane as the leaf. Usually it is installed at a distance of 2-5 cm from the end of the door leaf in the closed position of the door)

Also for installing sliding doors you need the following components :

- Upper guide profile 3 m.

Depending on the design of the proposed sliding door, the EKF E-120101-02 system can also be equipped with a 1.5 m guide profile or a 2 guide profile m (purchased instead of 3 meter). The profile is mounted to the wall using Fasteners (corners) R-15. Profile size (along external walls) - 31 * 31.5 mm, (along internal walls) - 27.5 * 27.5 mm.

Also, to install sliding doors you need the following components, which are not included in the system!!!

- Bottom profile (not included in the system kit)

(the profile is attached to the lower end of the door using self-tapping screws and will subsequently serve as a guide for the flag when opening/closing the door) < /p>

- Profile fastening (mounting angle) R-15 (not included)

(designed for mounting the upper guide profile to the wall, usually 4-5 pieces of fastenings are used for a 2 m profile )

- Handles for sliding doors (not included)

(Handles for sliding doors should not protrude beyond the edge of the door leaf and interfere with closing the door. Therefore, they are usually recessed into handle blade. They can be either with or without a lock.
