Sliding system for interior doors EKF E-120100-02 is used for installation of light sliding doors weighing up to 40 kg.

This system is suitable for installing sliding doors with a width of 800, 900 or 1000 mm.

The set of the Sliding system for doors EKF E-120100-02 includes:

- Carriage with rollers - 2 pcs.

(attached to the upper end part of the door leaf; the rollers have a bearing coated with a special polymer material, making the movement of the carriage inside the guide profile smooth and easy. The carriage also has an adjusting screw that allows you to adjust the gap between the floor and bottom of the door). The length of the carriage is 48mm, the width of the carriage along the wheel axis is 21mm, the wheel diameter is 19mm. The size of the platform for fastening the door leaf is 100 * 21.5 * 2.5 mm.

- Limiter (stopper) - 2 pcs.

(is a black insert that is mounted at both ends of the guide profile and fixes the door leaf in extreme positions, preventing it from moving out too far and making closing the door softer)

- Guide flag - 1 pc.

(attached to the floor on the same plane as the leaf. Usually it is installed at a distance of 2-5 cm from the end of the door leaf in the closed position of the door

Depending on the design of the intended sliding door, the EKF E-120100-02 system can also be equipped with a 1.5 m guide profile or a 3 m guide profile (purchased instead of a 2 meter one).The profile is mounted to the wall using Fasteners (corners ) R-15. Profile size on external walls - 25mm * 26mm, on internal walls - 22.5 * 23mm, slot width - 9mm.

Also for the installation of sliding doors you need the following components, which are included in the system not included!!!

- Bottom profile (not included in the system kit)

(the profile is attached to the lower end of the door using self-tapping screws and will subsequently serve as a guide for the flag when opening /closing the door)

- Fastening the profile (mounting angle) R-15 (not included)

(designed for mounting the upper guide profile to the wall, usually a 2 m profile is used 4-5 pieces of fastenings)

- Handles for sliding doors (not included)

(Handles for sliding doors should not protrude beyond the edge of the door leaf and interfere with closing the door. Therefore, they usually take the form of handles recessed into the canvas. They can be either with or without a lock.
