What does chicken seasoning hide?

Our mixture contains:

• Paprika. Its sweetish taste and pleasant dark red color make the dish moderately spicy with a sweet note.
• Coriander. The spice has a specific, restrained flavor that will enrich the overall bouquet without interrupting other aromas.
• Turmeric. The unobtrusive aroma will add a little piquancy, and thanks to the bright color the appearance will be as appetizing as possible.
• Savory, fenugreek, dill. Herbs will enrich the dish with a magical aroma and help make the usual lump a dish of the day.
• Sesame. An excellent source of potassium, it will give smokers a special taste.
• Garlic. You can’t do without it when cooking meat. It provides an incredibly pleasant aroma.
• Utskho-suneli. The nutty notes obtained from this spice will make the dish incredibly tasty.

A mixture of spices and herbs can be used:

• as marinades, adding oil or other base, and then coating parts of the carcass or the entire bird with it before processing;
