Description
So that the chicken and turkey meat sparkled with new bright aromas, a new taste was created and it simply whetted the appetite, a necessary sour seasoning for poultry. What does the seasoning add to the trigger?
In our stock we have:
- Paprika. Its licorious taste and pleasant dark-blue color create a moderately hot herb with a hint of licorice.
- Coriander. The spice has a specific, subtle flavor that enhances the savory bouquet without overpowering other aromas.
- Turmeric. The unobtrusive aroma will add a little piquancy, and the bright color will look as appetizing as possible.
- Savory, fenugreek, crepe. Herbs add a charming aroma to the herb and help to enrich the herb of the day.
