BBQ seasoning from TM Ogorodnik – mix with high-acidity natural spices, such as: coriander, cumin, nutmeg and two types of peppers: hot and chili. The seasoning does not take away from everyday cheap barberries and grub houses. Ideally suited just before barbecue herbs, but also to add original flavor to stewed herbs, baked meat and vegetables.

Warehouse: paprika, chasnik, tsybulya, mustard, coriander, kmin, black pepper, nutmeg, pepper, pepper chili, oregano, basil, parsley, cloves.

Curing method: add for relish at the remaining stage of cooking, during marinating - coat the meat, poultry or fish with barbecue seasoning.
