Citrus press 185x225x710 mm Stalgast is a vertical press. In its middle part there is a special cone with technological holes, on which half of a pomegranate, orange, lemon, or other citrus fruit is placed.

Due to a special clamping device driven by a handle, the juice is completely squeezed into a glass under pressure. In this case, the remaining skin of the product is almost dry. The juice turns out quite pure. The presence of pulp in the juice can be adjusted by the force of squeezing the product in the juicer.

An important advantage of this type of juicer is its easy maintenance. It takes no more than a minute to wash it. The cone and bowl are easily removed and washed under running water. The parts are also dishwasher safe.
