The 32 mm thick tabletop is glued with a thick 2 mm shockproof edge. 128 mm metal handles are used on the drawers and doors. The drawers slide out smoothly and silently thanks to the use of high-quality telescopic guides.

A distinctive feature of the L-81 desk is that the cabinet and tabletop are connected through a metal rectangular profile. Also, the cabinets do not stand on the floor, but rest on metal supplies.
