Description
The Brest 203 plus potbelly stove differs from the Brest 203 model by the presence of a built-in fan. The fan has a capacity of 205m?/h.
The pressure created by this fan - 240 Pa - allows you to productively remove heat from the combustion chamber and will allow you to transfer heated air over distances of more than three meters, through corrugated hoses. The use of this fan allows you to increase the efficiency of the furnace to 87% and evenly distribute the heated air over the entire area of the room.
Our furnaces also use new paints and varnishes that do not require long-term firing and have increased resistance to mechanical damage.
Brest series stoves have a large firebox, which in turn allows the use of large and long logs. By filling the entire volume of the combustion chamber, you can achieve continuous operation from one fill for up to seven hours (depending on the fuel and the position of the regulators).
The design of the furnaces is all-welded steel. Thanks to the high professionalism of our welders, the welds and firebox of the Brest 203 stove are completely sealed. This, in turn, makes it possible to use the stove in smoldering mode, thus increasing the fuel burnout time without loss of thermal efficiency.
To regulate the intensity of fuel combustion, the following are provided: a power regulator on the loading door of the furnace and a gasifier regulator on the smoke exhaust pipe.
It is recommended to install Buleryan no closer than 1 m from walls and flammable surfaces (wooden tables, cabinets, etc.). The free space directly in front of the firebox must be at least 1.5 m. The distance from the walls can be reduced to 20 cm by covering them with a layer of plaster 2.5 cm thick, or by covering the walls with a metal sheet on top of a heat-insulating material. On the firebox side on the floor, to ensure fire safety, it is necessary to place a 500x700mm sheet of metal with the wide side facing the stove.
The chimney must be at least 5 meters high and the outer part must be insulated to prevent the formation of condensation. Condensation in the chimney reduces draft, which in turn makes it difficult to ignite the stove. To clean the chimney, a removable part (glass) for draining condensate or a door for cleaning should be provided at its base. Clean the chimney and stove at least 2 times a year.
