Description
In addition to its pleasant aroma, shambhala has a number of beneficial properties. Indian women, for example, to strengthen the body after childbirth, ate shamballa seeds with palm sugar or made bread with them. Even in the Koran, the Great Prophet Muhammad said: “Heal yourself with helba.” Shambhala is especially popular in oriental cuisines and in the USA, where it is added to hot sauces, snacks, and various spicy mixtures for sandwiches. Shambhala adds a nutty flavor to dishes. It is added 5-10 minutes before readiness. Shambhala is also useful for diabetes, it has a hypoglycemic effect, stimulates insulin secretion and reduces insulin resistance. The seeds are effective for painful periods and symptoms of menopause, serve as a healing bitter for the digestive tract, and are useful for diabetes , and externally for skin inflammation. Hair masks made from shamballa seeds are very effective. With regular use of such masks, the hair becomes strong, shiny, the hair follicle (root) is strengthened, and the scalp is cleansed. Fenugreek is considered a safe herbal food and has the taste of bitter celery and maple syrup. Fenugreek is interesting in that it can be used for three different purposes. The leaves can be dried and used as medicinal plants, the seeds can be ground as a seasoning, and the plant itself can be used as a vegetable. There is evidence that the ancient Egyptians used fenugreek, as its seeds have been found in tombs of Tutankhamun himself. Recently, Ukrainian yellow tea has gained popularity around the world and its basis is the seeds of fenugreek. Most of the beneficial properties of fenugreek for human health are due to the presence of saponins and fiber in its composition. Fenugreek contains a wide variety of beneficial nutrients, including including iron, magnesium, manganese, and copper, as well as vitamin B6, proteins and dietary fiber.
