Fenugreek, also known as fenugreek, helba, chaman, shamballa, is an Indian seasoning that can be used either alone or in combination with other spices. It is part of the spices we all know, such as curry and suneli hops. Fenugreek contains amino acids, bioflavonoids, fiber, minerals, vitamins, protein (about 20%), phytosterols.
