Description

The spice, known under the name fenugreek, is also sometimes called shamballa, phenigrecon herb, gunba, walnut sochevitsa, camel grass and without any other options, but all the time I’ve been talking about the most popular winter fenugreek. They came to Pure Europe from Asia Minor and in a wild-looking growth not before the mountains of Turkey, Iran, Iraq and right up to the Himalayas. Crimea in Europe is found in India, China, Egypt, Japan, Ethiopia, Tunisia, Morocco and Argentina.

Sprouted seeds are used as a base for salads in many cuisines of Egypt and Greece. Just like dried fenugreek, buy varto for lovers of adjika and Indian cuisine. The remaining grain is simply added to a frying pan in the oil before preparing sauces and gravy, including curry, vegetable and legume herbs. It gives a pleasant relish and aroma, similar to mushrooms and peas.

We will also periodically replenish the water. In American and Mediterranean cuisine, vicor spice is combined with the production of confectionery and bakery products, as well as syrah. This wonderful flavoring is complemented by alcoholic beverages and maple syrup. In the Caucasus, it is found in a variety of herbs, among which the most popular is basturma.

What does the blue fenugreek attract?

These days, plants contain a lot of brown elements and antioxidant compounds that have anti-inflammatory properties. Cream of vitamins A, B1, B2, and B9, lecithin, tannins, fatty and essential oils, in addition:

  • phosphorus;
  • zinc;

Additionally, they discovered the alkaloid trinoneline, which prevents degeneration of nerve cells. Chaman contains more amino acids that the human body requires, including L-tryptophan and lysine.

Shambhala has a characteristic specific persistent aroma and a sweet taste with a slight bitterness. They are often added to a variety of mixtures, such as chutney, curry or hop-suneli.
