Aroy-D Red Curry Paste is made with dried red chillies (21%), garlic, lemongrass, shallots, salt and other spices. Thick, spicy consistency made from a mixture of ground spices. To soften the spiciness of red pepper, it is recommended to dilute the paste with a small amount of coconut milk.
