Description
It is important to know what paprika is in Mexico and the regions of Asia. Almost every herb cannot be done without adding chalk paprika. There are so many herbs that it’s simply impossible to cook without them. This is the famous “paprikash” in the Ukrainians and “bogrash” among the Bulgarians. Paprika gives the herbs a pleasant dark-red color during the brewing process and its original taste: sweet, with a slight spiciness. This spice goes wonderfully with bay leaf, basil, coriander and nutmeg. When mixing with paprika, it is good to add parsley, crepe and chasnik.
What about paprika? This is a spice that perfectly enhances and brings out the flavor of meat, fish, seafood and poultry. It’s a good idea to add spices from eggs and cheeses if you’re going to prepare savory chicken - immediately add a dash of paprika, the taste will be simply mouth-watering! How do you prepare herbs from potatoes, cabbage, tomatoes, and perhaps kvass? Add three sprinkles of ground paprika, and you will be pleasantly surprised by the result. Paprika is a partial ingredient in prepared sauces, ketchups, gravies and soups.
