Headphones Bang & Olufsen BeoPlay H95 Black

The first numbered 95 copies of the Bang & Olufsen Beoplay H95 headphones are already on sale. The numbers have a direct meaning: the H95 model was released to mark the company's 95th anniversary.

These are on-ear headphones created on the basis of 40 mm drivers with titanium diaphragms and neodymium magnetic systems. They are complemented by built-in DSP and equipped with an active noise reduction system. The Bang & Olufsen virtual acoustic laboratory was used in the development. Receiving a signal via Bluetooth version 5.1, the headphones use dynamically adjustable next-generation audio codecs ACC and aptX Adaptive.

Hands free mode is optimized through the use of four microphones at once, operating in acoustic beamforming mode, with an improved speech signal noise reduction system. A transparency mode is provided for interaction with the outside world. The new product has an adjustable adaptive advanced active noise reduction (ANC) system. It uses microphones with direct and feedback. ANC and transparency levels are adjusted using a rotary dial on the back of the left cup.

A symmetrically located dial on the right ear cup allows you to adjust the volume. Gavin Ivester, vice president of design at Bang & Olufsen, said that, according to the creators of Beoplay H95, it is the control using the dials that allows you to get the desired result as accurately and seamlessly as possible.

As stated, Beoplay H95 is ready to work with ANC turned on for 38 hours on a single charge. Charging is carried out from a standard USB adapter. If necessary, the headphones are capable of receiving an analog audio signal via cable. Like the USB cable, it is included in the kit.

As Bang & Olufsen representatives put it, Beoplay H95 are “headphones for wealthy travelers.” The soft sheepskin ear pads and cowhide headband filled with memory foam are said to provide ample comfort. The foldable, hinged aluminum arms allow you to fit your headphones and accessories into a compact, aluminum-bodied case.
