Ingredients - lemon zest, anise, star anise, elderflower, ginger root , fennel

Method of preparation:

Grind the star anise and, together with the rest of the spices, fill everything with 40% alcohol. Let it sit for 5 days with daily shaking. Afterwards, filter, add 375 ml of water and send for distillation. 15 ml is the tail fraction, 1 l is the drinking fraction, the rest is tails. Add fructose syrup and let it brew for another 7 days. All is ready.
