Gin recipe at home
Pour juniper berries and a set of herbs and spices into different containers and fill each container with alcohol or double-distilled moonshine with a strength of 65-70% volume 0 .5 liters. Leave for 10 days, filter. Mix the filtered infusions, dilute to a strength of 30% and distill with juniper berries. Dilute the distillate to 45% strength. If opalescent, cool and filter.
