Rum recipe:

For everything you will need:

• 3 liters of distillate or rectified alcohol with a strength of 40-50%
• Hot Rod spice set for Golden Rum tincture

Preparation:

Pour all ingredients into a jar , pour in distillate or rectified alcohol with a strength of 40-50% and leave for 10 days in a dark place, shake daily.

Strain through several layers of gauze, pour the drink into a jar, returning the prunes and wood chips to it.

Let the drink stand for another week, after which it is carefully filtered, if necessary, slightly sweetened (preferably with black cane sugar).

Set the jar of wood chips to settle again, this time for a month. After this period, filter and taste again.

Rum from distillate or rectified strength at home according to this recipe has a beautiful light brown color, slightly spicy aroma, and is easy to drink.
