Description

A classic bitters, a strong, “masculine” drink, which is not sweetened at all or almost not, but is drunk in whole glasses, as an aperitif for a hearty snack. Pairs perfectly with Georgian dishes.

Tarragon tincture recipe:

For everything you will need:

3 liters of distillate or drink with a strength of 45-50%
• Hot Rod Distiller spice set for Tarragon tincture

Place all ingredients in a suitable container, pour 3 liters of distillate or drink with a strength of 45-50%.
Place in a dark, warm place.

Infusion lasts 10-14 days.
After this, you need to filter the infusion through cotton wool and try it.
If the taste is too harsh, add a little sugar - just to soften it, the drink should not be sweet!
