Self-adhesive labels TM Optima on A4 sheets are a convenient tool for applying the necessary information (marking).

The label is mainly used for:

To print on labels, you can use standard MS Word applications, or specialized programs for printing labels.

When printing from MS Word, you can:

• use the “sticky notes” feature. Select the “Envelopes and Stickers” (Mailing) tab. In the tab that opens, select “Stickers”. This item is specially designed for working with self-adhesive paper. Select the required size from the list and use it. If you do not find a suitable format, take the one closest to what you need, and specify the desired size in the settings.

Create a template (grid) yourself, for this:
- put in the page parameters field value “0”
- in the insertion item - insert a table, with the required number of rows and columns (must correspond to the same parameters of the selected label)
- in the table parameters, set the required grid dimensions (at the same time, set the “exact” mode in the height field settings).

Next, enter the information you need into the form. Insert labels into the printing device. It is important to set the paper type to label in the print settings. Then run a test sheet to print. If you are not satisfied with the result, make adjustments to the settings.

When using low-quality toner in refilled (remanufactured) cartridges, the toner may partially smudge or peel off from the label. In this case, use another printing device, or replace the cartridge.
