Description
The rich taste of vermouth is a strong bitter-sweet orange. The wine is more complex, with notes of fruit, cloves and cinnamon. This is one of the most bitter alcoholic drinks that we will add.
Campari style vermouth recipe < /p>
All you need is:
- Hot Rod spice pack for Campari style bitters
- 750 ml alcohol level 40% li>
- 250 ml of water
- 200 grams of tsukru
- Kharchovy barvnik chervoniy (for bazhannyam).
In a saucepan, mix water and zuccor, heating over medium heat until the zuccor is completely dissolved. If you are having a drink, you can add barvnik at this point. Bring water to a boil and boil the syrup for 10-15 minutes, and then remove from heat and let cool. If you added barnberry, we recommend straining the syrup through a ball of gauze and putting it in the refrigerator to save. Place all other ingredients in a jar of adequate size and fill with a burner. Close the jar tightly and leave it at room temperature for 2-3 days. Strain the infusion through cheesecloth, squeeze the solid excess well, and then pass the infusion a couple of times through cotton wool or cauliflower filters. Add some herbs, roots and spices to the pot, and you should get about 650 ml of infusion. There is no need to mix it with the pre-prepared syrup for taste, taste and stagnate for the reasons.
From our recipe we have deliberately included the grub red barberry (carmine), which is present in the original recipe.
