Aquavit is a generic Scandinavian drink that includes a large number of herbs and spices. It has a unique taste and aroma. It has a beneficial effect on the body during intestinal disorders and colds.

Recipe for Aquavit tincture:

Let’s prepare the Scandinavian burner order:

First, coat all the spices in a dry baking pan with a length of 3 lengths (just stitch so that it doesn’t burn).

Transfer the lubricated spices into a 3 liter jar and fill everything with distillate at a temperature of 40 degrees.

Gently shake together and fill the jar in the dark for 2 minutes, use regularly several times a day.

After completing the 2nd stages, try the drink, and if you find it insufficiently intense or not strong enough, leave it for another couple of days.

Filter the finished aquavit and drink it chilled before drinking water, especially with fatty herbs.
