Fill the packaging with 1.9 liters of alcohol 40-45%. Stir and store in a dark, cool place for 5-7 days. Periodically shake off the pressure. Filter, add 600 ml of lemon syrup. water and 600 gr. Cucru (you can use less if you don’t like licorice). Dates prefer a minimum of 14 days, after which - filter through a cotton filter.
