Description
Becherovka is an excellent Czech liqueur, which contains a lot of brown spirits. Previously, it stagnated like a savory elixir. With our set of spices you can prepare this aromatic liqueur at home.
Becherovka recipe
All you need is:
- 2.4 l of alcohol, 50-55%
- Hot Rod spice set for Becherovka style liqueur (set of charges for 3 liters of finished product)
- Zukor - 250 - 300 g
- Water - 750 ml
Preparation: put all the spices in a container Fill them with alcohol. Close tightly and place in a dark, warm place (you can use a battery for more fluid extraction). The drink is vitrified throughout the day with periodic extinguishing. After 7 days, filter the tincture through a fine sieve or a ball of gauze.
Before filtering, taste the infusion as soon as possible - if the smell and taste are too strong, pour it in for another couple of days.
Prepared syrup: dilute 300 g of zucchini in 450 ml of water and put on fire. Stir continuously until the zukor is completely dissolved. Do not bring to a boil. We remove it, cool it to room temperature, remove the foam if it is still present and add it to our infusion.
Then pour another 300 ml of water into the saucepan in which the syrup is boiled, rinse it and add it to the infusion. In general, you should end up with about 3 liters of product. Instead of tsukru, you can substitute fructose, which is 1.7 times malt than sucrose (the equivalent of the same tsukru). After mixing the infusion and homemade Becherovka syrup, you can drink it ready-made.
After all these procedures, you will get a very tasty and aromatic drink, which is how Czechs like it.
