Description
A set of spices for gin in the style of Monkey 47. A set of drinks for 12-15 liters. gin using steam infusion method or 5-8 l. gin using the method of maceration (infusion) in storage for the desired intensity of aromas.
The taste of gin can be absolutely irresistible to the skin. One can guess the notes of pine, moss, birch, shawl, cardamom, lemon balm, black pepper, ginger, lingonberry. There’s too much of it to soak it up, but overall it’s warm, long lasting, slightly drying aftertaste with hints of spice. The aroma of gin is characterized by pronounced tones of yalvetsu, enhanced by notes of citrus, fruit, tea tree infusions, verbena, hot spices and bitter fruits.
