Miter (meldonium) solution for infection. 100mg/ml amp. 5 ml No. 10

Solution "Mitre" is applied to injections in complex therapy of diseases:

• heart and vascular system: stable stenocardia of loading, chronic heart failure (I-II and a functional class on NYHA), a cardiomyopathy, functional violations of action of the heart and the vascular system;
• acute and chronic ischemic disorders of cerebral circulation;
• reduced working capacity, physical and psychoemotional overstrain;
• during recovery after cerebrovascular violations, injuries of the head and encephalitis.

Structure

Active ingredient - meldonium (3-(2,2,2-trimetilgidraziniya) of propionate a dihydrate). One ampoule contains 0.5 g of meldonium (3-(2,2,2-trimetilgidraziniya) of propionate of a dihydrate).

Excipients - water for injections.

Contraindication

• hypersensitivity to meldonium and/or any of medicine excipients;
• increase in intracranial pressure (at violation of venous outflow, intracranial tumors);
• a heavy liver and/or renal failure (there are no sufficient data on safety of application);
• pregnancy and period of feeding by a breast;
• children's age.

to Apply

intravenously. Use of medicine does not provide special preparation before introduction. Due to the possible exciting effect medicament is recommended to be used in the first half of day.

Adult

Heart disease and vascular system; violation of cerebral circulation: the dose makes 500-1000 mg (5-10 ml) a day, to enter a dose for once or distributing it on 2 receptions. The maximum daily dose makes 1000 mg.

Reduced operability, a physical and psychoemotional overstrain and the period of recovery after cerebrovascular violations, injuries of the head and encephalitis: the dose makes 500 mg (5 ml) a day. The maximum daily dose makes 500 mg.

Duration of a course of treatment - 4-6 weeks. It is possible to repeat a course of treatment 2-3 times a year.

Overdose

it was not reported about meldonium overdose cases. Drug malotoksichen also does not cause the menacing side effects.

in case of heavy overdose needs to control functions of a liver and kidneys.

Hemodialysis has no essential value at overdose of meldonium in connection with the expressed linking with blood proteins.

Side effects

from respiratory organs, a thorax and mediastinum: often (≥ 1/100, <1/10) - respiratory infections.

from digestive tract: often (≥ 1/100, <1/10) - dyspepsia.
