Description

Metal Earth is a collection of miniature but very beautiful models of the Achievements of Humanity, created by Fascinations (Seattle, USA). Metal 3D models of Metal Earth are a fascinating hobby for children and adults, a wonderful gift for a man of any age. Metal Earth models are not supplied assembled: all parts of one model are placed on several sheets of metal, pre-cut into them using high-precision laser cutting. They are beautifully detailed and easy to assemble. Models are assembled without glue. Model "Space Shuttle Atlantis" Atlantis is NASA's reusable transport ship, the fourth "space shuttle". Its construction began on March 30, 1980, and on April 13, 1985 it was put into operation. The shuttle was named after the oceanographic research sailing vessel that plied the seas from 1930 to 1966. The design of the shuttle included many improvements over its predecessors. It is 3.2 tons lighter than the Columbia shuttle and took half the time to build. Atlantis made its first flight in October 1985, one of five missions for the US Department of Defense. Since 1995, it has flown seven times to the Russian orbital station Mir, delivering an additional docking module and replacing station crew members. From November 1997 to July 1999 Atlantis. modified by making 165 improvements to the design. From October 1985 to July 2011, he made 33 space flights, spent 307 days in orbit, flew a total of 202.6 million km, made 4848 orbits around the earth, and his crew included 189 people. Warning. Contains small parts and sharp edges. Be careful when working with children. The construction set is intended for teenagers and adults, as it requires well-developed fine motor skills. Tweezers or pliers make it easier to assemble the models (not included in the set). Dimensions of the assembled construction set: 10 x 7 x 5 cm. Overall packaging dimensions: 17 x 12.1 x 0.2 cm. Design material: Steel
