Marjoram is a world-famous popular spice that gives dishes a special bright aroma. It was valued by chefs of all times and peoples and was used as a mandatory addition to soups and main courses, salads, sauces and vegetable dishes. The range of uses of marjoram is very wide: cheese making, canning tomatoes, cucumbers and other vegetables. Dried marjoram is even added to jelly, compotes and kvass.
