The spring block for orthopedic mattresses consists of independent springs ( 256 springs/m2). Each spring is located in a separate case. The unit consists of cylindrical or barrel springs, each of which is contained in a closed bag (spunbond bag) and has no metal connection with the others. The bags are glued together. The compression of each individual spring in the block occurs regardless of the neighboring springs, so the mattress is considered to adapt to the shape of the body.

Ortofoam is an environmentally friendly material that provides a comfortable and natural position of the body while lying. The main advantage of the material is its cellular structure. The cell structure optimally distributes the body load while lying down, allows air to circulate freely inside the product, and does not cause allergies. Standard Ortofoam polyurethane foam has a regular cellular structure (i.e. all cells are the same diameter) and is usually rigid. Environmentally friendly and hypoallergenic Ortofoam material is durable and retains its properties at any temperature.

Kalt Schaum's Highfoam foam production technology is a type of complex high-tech process that requires ultra-modern equipment, high-quality raw materials and specially trained technologists. Polyurethane foams produced using Kalt Schaum's Highfoam™ technology are produced only on continuous foaming lines of GK Interfom. A special feature of this technology is the nanoprocess of continuous high-frequency mixing of raw materials at a temperature of 21°C. Thanks to the so-called “cold foaming”, the foam acquires additional elasticity and has a higher surface resistance.
