The base of the mattress is a block of independent Pocket Springs. Each individual spring is packed in an individual pocket made of strong, durable material and is capable of bending under load, regardless of neighboring cells. For every square meter of mattress there are from 250 to 500 cells with springs. A distinctive feature is the use of spring blocks of varying stiffness in different parts of the mattress to achieve maximum orthopedic effect. To fill Matroluxe mattresses, environmentally friendly materials are used:
Layer 1 Oxigen Foam - a layer of elastic foam that perfectly adapts to the body and increases orthopedic properties mattress;

Layer 3 Thermal fiber - a layer of heat-pressed felt;
Layer 4 Pocket Spring spring block, divided into 5 rigidity zones with two steel frames;

Layer 6 Oxigen Foam – a layer of elastic foam that perfectly adapts to the body and increases the orthopedic properties of the mattress;
Cover – stitched jacquard.
Euroframe is a polyurethane foam frame located around the perimeter of the spring block. The Euroframe prevents deformation of the edges of the mattress and extends its service life.
Coconut coir - 100% natural, durable and hygienic material, does not rot or deform, is well ventilated, and has antiseptic properties. Oxigen Foam is a soft, environmentally friendly and elastic material based on polyurethane foam, with high air permeability and hygroscopicity.
The mattress is equipped with a Winter/Summer system. One side of the mattress has additional insulation with sheep wool for better heat retention during the cold season. The other side is intended for relaxation in the summer. Double models have additional reinforcement of the spring block with a metal frame.
