In 1920, Emilio, Valentino's eldest son, takes over the management of the pasta factory. Today, all production work is done by hand, twelve hours a day, producing 10 to 12 tons of pasta. The branded natural product is prepared with the addition of eggs and provides a rich taste sensation.
