Description
The history of the Felicetti factory is the history of a family lasting more than a hundred years. Over the course of four generations, “grandfather” Valentino’s dream came true, and his small goals turned into a company known throughout the world for the quality of its products. In 1908, Valentino Felicetti buys the factory "Prima Fabbrica Fiemmese di Paste Alimentari" in Predazzo, from which point the history of"Felicetti" begins. In 1920, Emilio, Valentino's eldest son, takes over the management of the pasta factory. Today, all production work is done by hand, twelve hours a day, producing 10 to 12 tons of pasta. The branded natural product is prepared with the addition of eggs and provides a rich taste sensation. In recent years, Italian cuisine, thanks to its centuries-old traditional recipes for preparing dishes, has become very popular. Pasta is one of the main symbols of Italian culture. Pasta Felicetti is made from durum flour, selected varieties of high quality wheat and mountain water. If the cooking time is observed, they do not become overcooked, maintaining their exquisite appearance and pleasant taste.
