Pharmacological properties

Pharmacodynamics. iodine — the main component of medicament lyugs, possessing antimicrobial action concerning gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms, including streptococcus spp., staphylococcus spp., e.coli. the mechanism of antimicrobic action is called by process of a denaturation of protein because of interaction with n-groups of proteinaceous molecules.

Pharmacokinetics. In bases iodine is excreted from an organism by kidneys, partially — with a stake, then and gets into breast milk.

Indication

As a component of complex therapy in inflammatory diseases of a throat and throat (aphthous stomatitis, tonsillitis, pharyngitis, a tonsillitis, a glossitis).

Contraindication

Individual hypersensitivity to iodine and other components of drug. the increased function of a thyroid gland, a dekompensirovanny heart, renal, liver failure, diagnostic tests or therapy by radioiodine (during 2 weeks before and after a research or therapy).

Side effects

Prolonged use of medicament can provoke development of an iodism (rhinitis, urticaria, a Quincke's edema, the raised slezootdeleniye and salivation, skin rash, muscle weakness, block).
