An absinthe spoon is a special device for dissolving sugar. The design and essence of the absinthe spoon itself is very simple: it consists of a handle and a flat or slightly concave wider part, which necessarily has holes. Place a piece of refined sugar in a spoon and place it over a glass. Then slowly pour absinthe over the sugar, which falls into the glass. Then they simply set fire to the absinthe-soaked sugar.
