Solution for an oral cavity Lorangin is shown for topical treatment of infections of an oral cavity. At postoperative care in stomatology.

Structure

Active ingredients: Hexetidinum, sincaline salicylate, chlorbutanol gemigidrat;

1 ml of solution 1.0 mg, salicylate sincaline (in terms of 100% substance) contain Hexetidinum (in terms of 100% substance) 5.0 mg, gemigidrat chlorbutanol (in terms of 100% anhydrous substance) 2.5 mg;

Excipients: propionic acid, sodium saccharin, polysorbate 20, oil lemon, aniseed oil, peppermint oil, eucalyptole (cineole), ethanol of 96%, menthol (left menthol), methyl salicylate, the water purified.

Contraindication

• Hypersensitivity to medicament components;
• atrophic pharyngitis;
• bronchial asthma or any other respiratory diseases connected with the available hypersensitivity of airways.

as local means to rinsing of an oral cavity.

For one rinsing of an oral cavity by the adult and to children 6 years are more senior than

to place medicament in a measured glass to a mark of 10 ml and to bring warm water to a mark 50 ml or 2 teaspoons of medicament to dissolve in ¼ glasses of warm water.

From 2 to 4 rinsings in day.

Pregnant

This researches at people about a possibility of penetration through a placenta and excretion in breast milk of Hexetidinum are absent therefore medicament should not be used during pregnancy and during feeding by a breast.

Drug contains ethanol. Drivers are not recommended to drive the car within 30 minutes after Lorangin's use.

Side effects

General disturbances and condition of the place of use: local reactions - reversible discoloration of teeth and language; sensitivity of a mucous membrane: burning, feeling of numbness; irritation (morbidity, feeling of heat, itching) language and/or mucous membrane of an oral cavity; decrease in sensitivity; paresthesias of a mucous membrane; inflammations; bubbles; developing of ulcers on a mucous membrane, feeling of irritation in a throat, hypostasis in the place of contact, dryness of a mucous membrane of a nose/throat.
