Sign: 5.18. Direction of movement along the lane

Shows the permitted direction of movement along the lane. A sign with an arrow that depicts a left turn in a different way than is provided for by these Rules means that at this intersection a left turn or a U-turn is carried out by leaving the intersection to the right and going around the flower bed (dividing island) in the direction of the arrow. A sign permitting a left turn from the far left lane also permits a U-turn from that lane. The effect of a sign installed in front of an intersection applies to the entire intersection, unless the following signs installed on it give other instructions.
